Job Description
Neon Chemicals (Pakistan) is looking to hire a Front Desk Officer. We invite candidates aged 30 and above, who possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English for effective international communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone calls and addressing inquiries.
- Receiving and distributing mails and packages.
- Preparing outgoing correspondence and managing emails.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining a record of contacts.
- Coordinating meeting schedules.
- Ensuring the front desk is organized and presentable.
