Job Description
CRPI is currently seeking a dedicated Accounts & Inventory Officer to accurately oversee and maintain our product catalog, which includes article numbers, pricing, stock purchases, and other relevant information. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Excel and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive records of products, including article codes, prices, and vendor details.
- Update and manage purchase data, including supplier invoices and payments.
- Support inventory reconciliation and cost tracking efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and VLOOKUP.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
