Job Description
IBSTEC is seeking a skilled Team Lead – Sales to lead our healthcare recruitment efforts in the UK. This position involves overseeing a dynamic sales team and fostering relationships with healthcare clients based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the sales team towards achieving performance targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assess staffing requirements and implement tailored strategies.
- Facilitate revenue growth through strategic client acquisition.
- Collaborate effectively to ensure timely placements.
Location: Lahore, Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
