Job Description
Link HR Consultants is looking for a dedicated and empathetic nurse to deliver home nursing services for a patient. This position offers the flexibility of round-the-clock or part-time care, ensuring patients receive the medical and personal support they deserve with respect and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily nursing care and companionship
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility
- Support feeding and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate with family members regarding patient care
- Document all care provided
Qualifications: Certified Nursing Diploma, 1–2 years of experience, reliable, and capable of working independently.
