Job Description
Imam Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team. Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls with professionalism, scheduling patient appointments efficiently, and providing detailed information about our services. It is crucial to record call details accurately while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Requirements: Candidates must possess at least an intermediate level of education, with 1–2 years of experience in a call center environment. Proficiency in English and Urdu, basic computer skills, and a willingness to work flexible shifts are essential.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Employment Type: Full-time.
