Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 18:00-02:00 PKT

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive employee records and HR databases.
• Administer payroll and benefits processing.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding documentation.
• Ensure compliance with EOBI and Sindh labor laws.
• Generate HR metrics and operational reports for analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Proficient in HRIS/HRMS systems.
• Familiarity with labor compliance standards.
• Must be available for night shifts (Mon-Sat).
