Job Description
We are in search of a proactive HR Intern to manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while effectively meeting hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and conduct initial screenings through phone or video interviews.
- Source qualified candidates across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and ATS tools.
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Job Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
