Job Description

BH CONSULTANT (PRIVATE) LIMITED is looking for a qualified HR Manager to become an essential part of our vibrant team. The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategies that align with our organizational objectives, managing the recruitment process, and enhancing employee relations. Key responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, administering performance appraisal systems, overseeing compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
