Job Description
Virtoxed is on the lookout for a skilled Customer Support Representative with a knack for closing insurance leads over the phone. The ideal candidate will not only build strong relationships but also effectively handle objections and convert warm leads into satisfied customers. This role requires a proactive closer mindset — it’s not merely about following a script.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls and follow up with pre-qualified insurance leads
- Engage in authentic and meaningful conversations
- Evaluate client needs and suggest suitable insurance plans
- Professionally manage and address objections
- Close leads or refer them to licensed agents as necessary
What We Offer: A competitive base salary ranging from 70,00 to 80,00 PKR, plus performance-based bonuses.
