Perks HR Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our Lahore team. The successful candidate will coordinate effectively with banks and clients, manage order processing, and assist with research activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly address inquiries from banks
  • Prepare and issue customer orders and invoices
  • Maintain accurate order records and carry out monthly reconciliations
  • Follow up on pending payments
  • Conduct client visits as necessary for document collection

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities

Compensation: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
