Perks HR Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our Lahore team. The successful candidate will coordinate effectively with banks and clients, manage order processing, and assist with research activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Swiftly address inquiries from banks
- Prepare and issue customer orders and invoices
- Maintain accurate order records and carry out monthly reconciliations
- Follow up on pending payments
- Conduct client visits as necessary for document collection
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
