Job Description
BroadPeak Technologies is seeking a Client Success & Support Specialist to lead client onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth transition to our tools. You will conduct comprehensive product walkthroughs and provide essential training on key functionalities.
Your responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries through email, chat, and phone, diagnosing issues, tracking support tickets, and promptly resolving them. Cultivating strong client relationships is vital for enhancing retention and satisfaction.
This role also entails maintaining accurate records of client interactions, generating reports on client issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall client experience.
