Position Summary:
The Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in supporting Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives while emphasizing safety for personnel, products, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in capital projects, provide training to operators, uphold safety standards, manage change effectively, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess strong supervisory skills, experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
