Job Description
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Director to spearhead our RCM team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring strict compliance, optimizing revenue generation, and enhancing overall financial performance.
The RCM Director will collaborate closely with various departments, including billing, coding, and finance, to develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing operational efficiency.
