Job Description

10Pearls is inviting applications for the position of Associate Manager of Payroll and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have up to 7 years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to foster effective working relationships.

Key responsibilities include preparing statutory financial statements, managing account records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and overseeing payroll and benefits processing. Candidates should be qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) with a keen attention to detail, well-developed managerial and organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
