Job Description
IKAN Engineering Services Private Limited is actively seeking a professional and dedicated Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will greet clients and visitors warmly, manage phone calls efficiently, organize mail, maintain a neat reception area, direct visitors to the appropriate departments, and manage front office supplies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in customer service or receptionist roles is mandatory.
Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and outstanding communication skills are essential for this position.
