Job Description
M I Enterprises is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of HR Officer in Faisalabad. This is a full-time role open exclusively to male candidates residing in Faisalabad.
The ideal applicant will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and possess 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Key responsibilities include payroll management, grievance handling, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and writing job descriptions.
Proficient use of In Page, ERP systems, and advanced Excel formulas is essential. Candidates should demonstrate solid HR knowledge, effective communication skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and adaptability.
