Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd is looking for a committed and compassionate Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. As the initial point of contact, you will ensure that each interaction creates a lasting positive impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Actively listen to and address customer concerns and needs.
- Provide timely updates regarding products and order statuses.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
Work Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M., Monday to Saturday
