Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Call Center Team Leader to oversee our team focused on takeaway and delivery orders. Key responsibilities include leading the call center team, facilitating effective communication among call agents, the kitchen, and delivery personnel, and ensuring order accuracy, prompt dispatch, and overall customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing daily order logs and reports, as well as training and evaluating team members.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in call center management, proficiency in both Urdu and English, familiarity with the food service industry, and a strong tech-savvy background.
