Job Description
FIZA NOOR is on the lookout for a dedicated Assistant Manager in Logistics to efficiently oversee and coordinate our logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure the timely, cost-effective, and precise movement of goods while facilitating strategy implementation and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate both inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Manage transportation with both internal teams and third-party logistics providers.
- Liaise with vendors and negotiate rates to enhance cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all shipments.
- Identify process inefficiencies and spearhead improvements.
- Prepare regular performance reports for logistics operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 5 to 7 years of logistics experience and strong knowledge of logistics operations. Proficiency in ERP systems is a must.
