Job Description
Vivo Pakistan is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the position of Call Centre Officer. We have three openings available at our Head Office in Gulberg II, Lahore.
This full-time, on-site position operates during morning shifts.
The ideal candidates should possess:
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in customer handling
- A Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Experience with live chat operations and hotline calls is advantageous. Availability to work on weekends is a must.
Office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with a rotational weekly off.
The starting salary is Rs50,00.00 per month.
