Job Description

NCCI Hospital is in search of a courteous and efficient Female Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong customer-oriented demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism.
• Managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments effectively.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and handling billing processes.
• Keeping the reception area organized and presentable.

Requirements: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience, a BBA/B.Com degree, and proficiency in English.
