Job Description
Bench Mark BPO is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, claims processing, and general support related to their projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for helping others.
