Job Description
Inovi Telecom (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Line Leader for our Production Department, situated in the Korangi Industrial Area. We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to oversee our production line, ensure seamless operations, achieve production targets, and maintain exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage production line workers.
- Achieve daily production goals consistently.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Train and guide line workers effectively.
- Report any issues to the Production Supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BSc, BCom, or BA).
- 0-1 years of experience in production or assembly.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and in shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
