Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Translate these needs into functional designs, customize and configure applications, and prepare comprehensive design documentation. Conduct thorough testing and provide user training to ensure successful implementation. Partner with project managers to guarantee timely delivery and recommend process improvements for optimal performance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. A strong understanding of D365 capabilities, paired with excellent communication skills, is essential for success in this role.
