Job Description
Nexus95 is looking for a dedicated Client Success Manager to enhance client engagement and streamline project delivery. In this role, you will lead client meetings, convert requirements into actionable briefs, and utilize CRM analytics to present meaningful insights. Your responsibilities will also include managing CRM customizations, implementing automation processes, and mentoring a talented team of developers and designers.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience in project coordination or client success, specifically in web development and CRM systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are required.
