Job Description
Diginet Global (Pvt) Ltd is on the lookout for a committed Social Media Content Manager to lead two content teams, each comprising three members. The ideal candidate will ensure daily targets are consistently met, maintain brand integrity in all content, and track performance metrics effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee team activities, ensuring timely task completion
- Review and approve content prior to publication
- Uphold high creative standards across all social media posts
- Monitor team output using Airtable
- Identify and recommend content for reuse
- Provide guidance on standard operating procedures and resolve challenges
- Report weekly performance metrics to the Project Manager
- Ensure content aligns with platform-specific goals
