Job Description
Idealancy is in search of a committed Call Center Representative to join our online shopping platform, which specializes in Household and Kitchen accessories throughout Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer phone calls.
- Address inquiries regarding returned parcels.
- Coordinate with courier services to improve delivery efficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports to the manager.
- Reach out to customers for clarification on incomplete addresses.
- Facilitate smooth communication within the team.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong team-oriented mindset.
Location: North Nazimabad Hyderi, near Dolmen Mall
Salary: PKR 25,00 – 35,00 (commensurate with experience)
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
