Logix Solutions is currently looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our esteemed client in Karachi, Pakistan. This full-time position provides a competitive salary ranging from PKR 45,00 to 50,00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and solar installers with any product-related inquiries.
- Provide guidance on product settings and installation processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues associated with solar inverters.
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving complaints promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
