Job Description

ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputable telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage our inbound customer service calls.

Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, provide online support, follow up on fault rectifications, create Network Trouble Tickets, maintain fault records, and execute assigned tasks.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate; Fresher or 1 year experience in a UK-based call center.

Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 + incentives.

Location: Lahore; Shifts: Rotational (Males), Morning (Females).
