Job Description

Shahnawaz Pvt Limited is seeking an HR Associate to play a vital role in boosting employee engagement and retention. In this position, you will be responsible for drafting job descriptions, comprehending employee roles, overseeing task reallocations, and designing engagement initiatives. Additionally, you will assess feedback from exit interviews and establish key performance indicators related to talent retention.

We invite candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, accompanied by 3-5 years of HR experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently are crucial for success in this role.
