Job Description
Link HR Consultants is on the lookout for a committed Front Desk Receptionist to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service by warmly greeting and assisting patients and visitors. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining accurate patient records. Additionally, coordination with clinical staff is essential to ensure an efficient patient flow.
We seek an individual who can uphold a neat and organized front desk environment while delivering outstanding customer service. A minimum of one year of previous experience as a receptionist is preferred.
