This hands-on position involves the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of physical network components to ensure optimal performance.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing network connectivity issues, troubleshooting devices such as switches and routers, and collaborating effectively with IT teams. Candidates must also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
