Job Description
Job Summary: OmniSoftex Inc. is looking for a motivated Client Support Representative. Be the first point of contact for client queries, providing exceptional service while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client queries on Fiverr.
- Guide clients through onboarding.
- Prepare accurate project quotes.
- Collaborate to gather project requirements.
- Maintain communication to address concerns.
- Upsell additional services.
Requirements: Client management experience, strong communication skills, multitasking abilities.
