Job Description

Talking Mindz is actively looking for experienced and driven Business Development Executives to join our night shift team (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM). In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Medical Billing and healthcare outsourcing services to providers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach efforts.
• Build and nurture client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of educational background.
• Preferred experience in U.S. healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be available for night shift hours.
