Job Description
Oilexec is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager with HACCP Level 4 certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing labor, crafting high-quality executive menus, and overseeing food production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and preferences.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage catering staff.
- Control budgets while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of various food production methods.
