Bright Ideas Communications is on the lookout for a skilled Head of Design to lead a multidisciplinary team in crafting exceptional visual, product, and brand experiences. This pivotal role combines creative direction, strategic insight, and operational management to define and enhance the overall design vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain design vision and standards across all platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of designers.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers and key stakeholders.
- Uphold brand identity and ensure visual consistency.
- Oversee significant design projects and implement cohesive design systems.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field, with over 8 years of design experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role, complemented by a compelling portfolio.
