Job Description
Become a part of the Women’s Empowerment Group as a Fundraising Call Agent. In this role, you will make outbound calls to both existing and prospective donors, effectively communicating our mission and the significant impact of their contributions. You will confidently request donations and address any objections professionally, while striving to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
We seek candidates with at least an Intermediate qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and prior experience in fundraising for social or health-related causes in Pakistan. Strong communication skills in Urdu are mandatory, and proficiency in English is advantageous. A target-oriented mindset and basic computer skills are essential for achieving success in this role.
