Job Description
Brickclay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will engage in outbound calling, generate leads, set appointments, and secure sales for our clients. We are looking for a target-driven individual who is fluent in English and adept at managing high-volume calls while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
- Promote company services and deliver tailored solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, confidently addressing inquiries.
- Schedule meetings or demos for our sales team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of telemarketing experience (UK/USA campaigns preferred).
- Outstanding spoken and written English; neutral accent preferred.
- Availability for night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
