Job Description
ASK Development, a prominent telecommunications company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive. The successful candidate will be tasked with promptly addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate solutions to their issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally answering customer calls.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Processing customer orders and payments efficiently.
- Managing and updating customer accounts as needed.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 6 months of customer service experience are required; applicants must be located in Islamabad.
