Job Description
Ultimate Buildmart is on the lookout for a committed HR Executive to enhance our daily HR and administrative functions. This vital role ensures the efficiency of internal processes and effective employee management by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, office administration, facility management, and overall operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities involve managing recruitment processes, keeping employee records up to date, assisting with payroll preparation, tracking attendance, and resolving employee inquiries.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office.
