Job Description
S Ventures is currently in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Assistant to the CEO. This position reports directly to senior management and encompasses vital secretarial and administrative responsibilities. Key duties include typing, formatting, and editing various reports, documents, and presentations.
The Assistant will be responsible for data entry, database maintenance, and managing both internal and external communications on behalf of senior management. Additionally, you will coordinate appointment schedules, maintain an events calendar, and arrange travel logistics.
This is a full-time position based in Islamabad. Candidates must have the ability to commute reliably or be willing to relocate.
