Job Description
GIFT University in Gujranwala, Pakistan is inviting applications for the position of Executive to deliver extensive administrative and operational support. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating Zoom meeting links, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance with institutional standards. Additional duties include maintaining databases, assisting with event organization, and collaborating effectively with students, faculty, and stakeholders.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC recognized institution.
Experience: Candidates should have at least 1.5 to 2 years of experience in administration or management.
Skills Required: Strong communication skills, adept operational management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and AI tools are essential.
