Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Media Production, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience managing digital education projects
- Proven experience in blended learning content creation and deployment
- Skilled in leading a multidisciplinary team, including designers and engineers
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and operations of the digital studio
- Plan and implement production workflows for training videos
- Ensure content aligns with educational objectives
- Facilitate internal staff capacity building
