Job Description
FAHAD Tutors Academy is actively seeking a motivated and skilled Female Customer Representative Supervisor to lead our dedicated customer support team. The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional communication abilities in both English and the local language, along with strong leadership traits and a knack for effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor customer support representatives.
- Ensure achievement of client conversion goals.
