Job Description

Emenac Inc is excited to announce openings for both fresh and experienced US Call Center Agents to join our international inbound/outbound campaigns based in Lahore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate/O/A Levels
• Proficient in spoken English with a clear accent
• Availability for night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM
• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential
• Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and resolving customer queries
• Roles encompass chat support, email assistance, and both inbound/outbound sales

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
