Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is on the lookout for a skilled Immigration Consultant to support clients in navigating immigration processes for study, work, and permanent residency overseas. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of immigration laws and demonstrate a proven ability to guide clients through intricate procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide current advice on immigration regulations for countries such as Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Evaluate client eligibility for various visa categories and suggest suitable immigration pathways.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to immigration authorities.
- Stay informed about evolving immigration laws.
- Advise clients on compliance and procedural requirements.
