Job Description
Pukat Digital Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated HATI (Hospital Management) Implementation Specialist to bridge our cutting-edge healthcare IT solutions with the providers we serve. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of the HATI system, guiding the process from initial planning and configuration to training and post-launch support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training for end-users and offer support during the go-live phase.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure successful integration and troubleshoot issues.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of the HATI system at client facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience in software/system implementation is preferred.
