Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd, a member of The Lakson Group of Companies, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Officer. The chosen candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, delivering accurate information regarding our product offerings, and effectively resolving customer concerns to ensure an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities: Efficiently log customer calls, maintain updates within our CRM system, and escalate any unresolved issues to management.
