Job Description
Veevo Tech is actively seeking a proactive and responsible Shift Incharge to manage daily operations on the production floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring employee performance, maintaining productivity standards, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring an efficient workflow in our battery manufacturing and assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities of floor staff.
- Ensure production meets quality and safety standards.
- Provide guidance and address operational challenges.
- Facilitate proper maintenance and usage of machinery.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Conduct safety inspections and uphold safety protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or technical training (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
