Job Description
The-Hiring is actively seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant (Male) to provide support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong dedication to confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules and travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence and phone calls with professionalism
- Prepare detailed reports and meeting documentation
- Assist in organizing meetings and maintain an efficient filing system
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in English and Urdu, and expertise in MS Office.
Working Hours: 6 days a week (specific timings to be discussed)
Pay: Starting at Rs70,00.00 per month
